Held on Saturday mornings, starting on Saturday 15th March, over 4 structured two-hour sessions, you’ll learn the core principles of Krav Maga, a practical self-defence system used by military and law enforcement worldwide. We focus on real-world situations, teaching you simple, effective techniques to protect yourself and your loved ones.
